The main goal of the project is to support more than three thousand third-country nationals (TCNs) in the process of adaptation, social inclusion and effective integration in Poland between 1st of October, 2025, and 31st of March, 2028.
Specific objectives of the project:
The target group of the project consists of TCNs legally residing in Poland who meet the eligibility criteria defined for the FAMI target group under the specific objective of legal migration and integration.
The project’s activities are primarily aimed at TCNs living in the Pomeranian and Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeships but thanks to remote services (such as helplines and online training), support will also be available to TCNs throughout Poland. The proposed activities ensure equal opportunities and non-discrimination, and consider the specific needs of vulnerable groups, such as people with disabilities, the elderly, or single mothers.
The main goal of the project will be achieved through actions in six key areas:
The project’s assumptions align with the recommendations outlined in the document “Regain Control. Ensure Security. A Comprehensive and Responsible Migration Strategy for Poland 2025–2030,” which emphasizes a responsible approach to integration - both for migrants and refugees, and for the host communities.
A key outcome of the project will be to ensure access to a wide range of integration services and mainstream services offered by public institutions, aimed at ensuring equal opportunities for TCNs, primarily in the Pomeranian and Kuyavian-Pomeranian regions.
Project value: 5,184,158.83 PLN , EU funding contribution: 4,665,742.94 PLN
The project is co-financed by the European Union under the Polish Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund Programme 2021–2027, and will be implemented from October 1, 2025, to March 31, 2028.
